service is very good they are kind and competent. however I found that spare parts might have a cost even double than europe (example, control panel for xenon injector, right head light 3000 QR instead of 300 Euro). Better to find a car with warranty still valid and in case extend the warranty plan. Cost of consumables is overall reasonable.
