In prometric exam they dont ask/required experience, you can take the exam as long as you have Passport copy & QAR 800,

Regarding to SCH lic, this are the major requirements 2-3 yrs experience(not volunteer) this include in your Data flow(document verification) if volunteer, it will be rejected, also valid PRC, prometric exam,
