if you applied your resignation before the date of 18/8/2014 you will be in the trial period so the company do not have any right to reject your resignation and you can just end your contract by your own well during the trial period which might be up to six months, accordingly you can go to the ministry of labour and apply an application describing your problem and i think they will follow it up for you within 2 weeks since they have a specialized department for such issues.
