i recently paid 2300 PM for nursery (till 2.30 PM) and another 700 for day care till 6 pm. Registration charges were 1000. This seems to be seller's market where all good nurseries (legal) have fixed very high rates and people who can not afford are forced to risk the lives of their children ! Government must intervene and regulate what these legal nurseries can charge (at least some upper ranges) and that would automatically discourage the illegal ones.
