Hello every one ,i would need some clear advice about getting an NOC from previous sponsor,I was working with a steel trading co since last 9 months now the company is facing a financial crisis and has requested me and some other employees to look for another Job they will give NOC.My RP expires only on 26th Sept and now I have joined another company.Please let me know whether it is possible to get NOC before completing 1 year.
