go to your embassy...i am from i got my pcc from indian embassy..Documents i submitted 1.Form to be filled with the details which you can do it from any typing center or you can fill by yourself.2.passport size photo.3.your original passport.4.copy of your id..submited in our embassy and the next day i received the pcc.
