Doha Group Transport Co is a terrible place to depend on for Umrah visa. We approached them last week to obtain Umrah visa and they wanted us to return this week as it was too early to apply, last night when we approached them they flatly refused and rejected our request without any consideration for the trust we had in them, as people in the business of visa and hajj, they obviously should know and understand the intention each pilgrim has when coming to them. They never apologized nor spoke in a professional manner. I deeply regret that we even considered these low level people to assist us.
