I heard in Dubai they rapid growing imported trees alongitwtih soil and planted them on roadside and kept watering them with high iron net around..... If Qatar can afford they can also import few thousand trees and plant them on the sides of newly developed roads....Tulsi is also a nice plant which grows perfectly in Qatar environment.
