Means you want to escape with bank loan....?? please clear the loan then you can go no issues,but if u attempt to leave the country and succeed, you must bear the consequences (1) if bank will notice you are not coming back or notice you're within GCC ,they'll inform the concerned authorities and you will be arrested and bring u back to pay and then serve the jail term. (2) after you have paid bank loan ,Qatar govermnt will blacklist you and you cannot work in any of the GCC country since they have same system....so clear the loan and go in peaces rather than into pieces......
