You should go to Immigration Department on Sunday without delaying.
Don’t wait until you are getting the medical test result if your wife would have face to the medical test already. You go to immigration department (Madeenath Khaleefa) with copy of visa & Passport copy of your wife. You can renew the visa paying QRS: 200.00 don’t forget to carry bank card with you to pay the amount. They are not accepting the payment by CASH.
