this shows that we cannot get relief from modern slavery system where employees basic rights are refused. i had a experience in my company regarding this issue. in my company they recruited some expatriates whose visa was valid for 3 months and terminated after 3 months saying various reasons. but actual reason was when we terminate a employee at the end of his visa expiry he might agree for low salary than what he accepted on joining as they don't have options. so again they recruit them for low salaries. they use this as strategy in recruitment. their mentality is "hire and fire". where is so called humanity ?
