@mark, as far as Big companies like QP,Qatar Gas,Ras Gas and Qatar Airways are concerned, you might wait for between 3-6 months before they finalized and most likely you still have to go subsequent interviews btween 2-3 before they hire you.....be patient...Good Luck..
