See friends message came to me from METRASH at 07:21 am and the incident that happened as mentioned in violation is 06:55. So it is correct. Not a police who is manually updating doesnt take much time to upload in the system. Hope he cud have been to his duty and as soon as he seen and reached , he cud have updated. Lazy people thinks others too lazy.
