the customer exploitation has become a norm.. be it housing or schooling. Barwa City has also increased the rent by 500 pm for new contracts and on top of that they started charging utility bills amounting up to QAR 600 pm... thats insane...where on earth u pay 600 for a 3 BHK apartment...and that too during the contract...my kids school has asked to submit QAR 5000 as a deposit for next years academic fee i.e. academic year starting from September 2014... c'mon..its 6 months down the line...why should I pay now??? but if I dont pay, the kid will not be transferred to next class...thats sheer exploitation without any intervention / monitoring from authorities...i fear this behaviour is gonna affect the society adversely and ppl will start moving out as soon as they find a better option...
