@MM 40 is the new 30, I believe man at this age need to be active and energetic to keep his family happy. It’s not a downhill journey my friend, it should be journey to rejuvenate. Also disagree with the position of being angry with old age parents and growing children, all depends how you live your life with them and how you see it.
