As far as I'm aware, if u resign, the company does not provide a return ticket.

But, then again, it depends on what is specified in your contract. Suggest you check out your contract and then speak to HR.

Why do you want to resign, you may as well go on Maternity Leave (50 days), use your annual leave (30 days) for extension, go on loss of pay, if required. and then come back n resign.

You can travel with your baby, post 6-8 weeks after delivery, if the delivery is normal with no complications.

Check all options, before resigning...
