You may like to check their bonus payment provisions. In one company I worked for, the bonus was payable to employees on roll as on 1st Jan of that calendar year and also on the date the bonus is declared, which is a date in the next year for the bonus for the previous year. So if I have joined on 02/01/2012 I am not entitled for bonus paid in 2013 for year 2012. And say if I joined on 01/01/12 or before but left the company on say 30/03/2013 and the bonus for 2012 was declared on 01/04/2013, I am still not entitled for it. Mostly these are covered under HR policies or at times in the bonus order.
I didn't understand the Holiday days part, do you mean the balance of leave entitlement.
