- I noticed that the house entrance is very dirty & i asked them to clean it, they told me that i don't have a wiper !!! Though i paid them to provide the tools !!! The cleaning result was awful.
- They didn't get any toilet brush & asked me for one, Though i paid them to provide the tools !!!
- They didn't get windows/glass detergant & the way they cleaned the mirrors & windows was very awful.
- Poor detergant quality used.
