The Four witnesses is a Muslim rule but it is NOT applicable in the RAPE situation.
It is applicable if somebody went to the curt and said:
"My wife/Husband is cheating on me (Having Sex)"
The Judge here will ask him/her to bring Four witnesses to prove that he/she is right.
