Aren't the expats affected by the power exercised. Treatment of maids is one glaring example of exercising power without any recourse. Point is everyone who has the power exercises it. Why then only US of A or anybody else for that matter be criticised. Are we in individual capacity willing to not exercise the power we have...I guess not.
