Still they have you in your neck , you can't get out easily in qatar with out exit permit from the visa sponsor , still you need their mercy... Talk to them in the lowest tone as possible...that you will discontinue to work and wish to go back to your country... If still nothing happens go to your embassy, because if you complian your status to authorities , they will send you to deportation devision and wait a long time before you will be send back to your origin, since your working without valid working visa , no contract no wathsoever...
