I had a concern regarding my loan in CBQ also, i was terminated by my company last January 23, 2013 and they informed CBQ about it, during that time, my company stands that they are not giving NOC, so i patiently waited and negotiated with my company until now but meanwhile, i am still paying my monthly obligations with the bank (for my loan), then now that my company told me that they are already willing to give me NOC, they cannot at the moment because according to them, the bank has already a court case against me, so they advise me to check this out with CBQ,
