Nobody has exercised this warranty... Engine & Gear dont fall apart easily... as long as there is oil in them...

The most problem with Engine is leakage due to wearing out of the piston chambers... due to friction... that too after long use I guess above 200,000 kms

That is considered as wear and tear and not "failure"... or is it "failure"?
