very simple

morning empty stomach have honey with luke warm water...After 8 hours of gap have your break fast..No rice...Do some physical activities in the office...Move around..sit less..walk more...In the night..have your dinner...eat fruit or some light food (no rice) and one tropicana apple juice...then since you are a woman, do skipping, go for walk...do push up :)

In one and half month i lost 14 kgs...:)...aiming for more :)
