Some of my managers have been regularly going for all this type of trainings and the sad part is that they are not getting any additional new business for the organization to move ahead. There is a joke going on around our logistics company that the managers are more busy attending trainings and coffee sessions in the name of meetings for them to be acting so very busy all day
