Labour Card is only required by private companies hiring women under husband sponsorship, and is only to fulfill the requirement set by the Ministry of Labour. Your wife is free to leave anytime, and is not bound by the company's sponsorship. She can get labour cards for every company she'd work to, except QP and other goverment agencies where it is not a requirement.
