HGl, I could care less if a man stares at me. The issue here is what's BEHIND those stares. There's looking at a woman and thinking "Gosh she's good looking, I wouldn't mind having sex with her if she'd let me." and continuing on your way and there's staring at a woman with the thought "If I could only get her alone I'd rape the crap out of her." The latter is how men look at you here, and it's because they haven't been raised to respect women.
