From Al Waab street, get to Sports R/A. Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel must be to your right. Go straight through this R/A. Get to the next intersection. Civil Defence R/A must be straight ahead and Bin Omran area will be to your left. Turn left at this intersection and there you go. Go straight ahead while keeping an eye to the left side of the road. Town Center will be roughly 500 meters to your left. Do a U turn at the Nissan Service Center intersection and find youself at Town Center. Enjoy!
