Personally, if a nurse at a hospital decided to broadcast my medical condition to my in-laws, or even my parents, without my permission I would be livid, and I would certainly take it up with hospital management as a massive breach of my confidentiality.

Also, there has to be more to the nurses suicide than the prank call. The woman was on the radio for 5 secs when she forwarded the call, she didn't do anything wrong.
