In my school, i did it personally, i just showed them the papers and they already know what to do. I paid more than 2k for the delivery.
PRC, there is a specific window for that near the entrance. They will instruct you to pay at DHL outside (2K + also).. The DHL agent knows the process already because he had done it a hundred times or more. :)
