Why is it hard for pinos to get a visa for the USA?

NO its not hard.. If a pino meet's the requirements they will grant the visa..

Two of my collegues grandted a tourist visa multiple entry for 10 years and i hope i will make it too..

its not that hard..

very easy for qualified pinos..
