Hello Dear, first you need to get request letter to get CID certificate from your employer, I guess that would be your school, then get police clearance certificate from home country embassy in Qatar, and take these two documents to CID office which is nearby exit 17 on SALWA ROAD, white building, on the right side of road, they will give you one application form, fill out the form and pay the fee (25 Riyal by ATM card, they don't accept cash), submit with one or two photographs , and I guess you will be able to get your CID certificate 3-4 days later.
