I passed my driving test in Al-Khebra few years back. I gave my instructor (Filipino) a certain amount of money "voluntarily" as I am extremely happy that I passed the test. It is sad to know that there are some instructors doing this at the moment coz during the past years I never heard of any bribing issues.
