Perhaps this happens in Sweeden all the time. The guys are not known for being smart people. Todays its pork being sold as beef and tomorrow it might be dog meat being sold as mutton. Well as long as they enjoy the meal and are not really bothered about the minor things like mixing of colours, dye, etc it should be just fine or maybe the wine makes them forget what they are really eating
