Stealth, it's a fraud because they try to convince people to commit themselves on the base of wrong assumptions.
The starting question is:
'how much would you pay for one room for one day in a 5 star hotel?'
All the counts they will make during the seminar to convince you about the goodness of their proposal are based on a hypothetical cost which is MUCH higher than the real cost of one of their Hotels(ifstill existing). UNFORTUNATELY, in that moment nobody can check if their proposal is convenient, because they tell you that the 'special' price they propose is valid only for THAT day (which is not true).
Everything is very generic, no details on compared costs on specific hotels...
if not fraud how would you call it? "purchasing of services through third-part with unexplained increased costs to not reveal"?!!
