And NOC, well, not many employers are willing to issue NOC and even if they do, the new employer should have visa for the said nationality.
It is a wierd system / procedure.
A lot of people say that the employee should be well educated about the new job and perks involved. Well, not everybody is left with many options when talking about the jobs. There may be people wanting to start at very low level and then move forward and elsewhere but with such discriminating policies, it becomes IMPOSSIBLE!!!
