I doubt you can get a visit visa with a Labor category. You need to have at least a Technician Visa to get your family here. Remember that part of the documents to be submitted is the labor contract and may get denied based on that. However, there is no harm in trying. You can try and see for yourself. You will not pay anything for the application, so you only lose the time spent if you get disapproved.
