There are many clinics around that offer physiotherapy.

The key considerations you must make:

1. pricing and insurance as physiotherapy generally requries a number of sessions which can add up if you are privarte paying or the clinic is not under your insurance provider.

2. waiting times - musculoskeletal problems do need prompt and regular treatment for it to be effective. Certain clinics may have good staff/equipment but waiting times may be long.

3. Physiotherapy session - try to use those clinics that offer a complementary intitial session. This will give you an opportunity to see whether your experience with the session was positive and would like to continue. Ultimately you have a choice of many clinics so don't feel pressured to staying with only one, particularly if the experience is not positive.

4. Patient experience - use those clinics who are interested in the patient's feedback. Unfortunately, a lot of patients experience of accessing health care is like being processed on a factory conveyer belt.

I would like to recommend AL Bawakir Physiotherapy as a clinic you might want to try.

We are keen to provide excellence and a positive patient experience.
