My (Scottish) husband loves the LAING (spicy dried cassava leaves cooked in coconut milk with shrimp and chicken bits) and their pancit guisado.
I'm not fond of their kare-kare, you can have chicken or beef sisig. Though I prefer the "haram meat" sisig :)
