its absolutely true. they are not professionals. two years back when i sent my things from doha to dubai, it hasnt reached on time, also most of my stuff are broken. out of my 7 seater sofa, single seat sofa is lost, most of my carpert, decoration items, etc, were lost. when i asked them they said, that only they had picked up. so where did my sofa lost?
