Mind you, I've been interviewing fellow female kabayans and though they have great communication skills, and the work experiences are excellent..they miss one important aspect...ATTITUDE.
As they say, "familiarity brings contempt".
I'm not being snotty, but whenever Filipina applicants finds out that the interviewer is of same nationality, they switch to the KABAYAN MODE and speak Tagalog?!!!
That's a "duuuhhh" moment....
I represent the hiring company, You and I are in Qatar wherein the general communication language is ENGLISH.
I am not your friend...so being the same nationality wont give you the edge of being short-listed.
