and under the skip outside my home I came accross a Persian cat in a VERY bad way.

Dehydrated, totally emaciated, his hair is almost gone and whats left is dirty and matted.

He is currently in my cool spare bathroom, eating up a storm and purring and meowing at me.

I will never understand how people can do this to innocent animals.
