Maybe you asked her in a manner she misinterpreted.

Sometimes, 'MISCOMMUNICATION' and LANGUAGE BARRIERS results to problems like these.

To you, you asked in a normal way which the girl may have interpreted differently. Sometimes, tone and accent and word indentations may sound differently.

We are sorry you felt bad of the way the ticket girl replied.

maybe some idiots earlier made fun of her accent, her answers...that she was on the defensive.

maybe her shift is finished and the one who supposed to take over didnt come/was absent so she was forced to take over the entire shift "without" any break.

It's understandable that you are a PAYING CUSTOMER...but you're paying entertainment...and not her service. She works for the mall/cinema.

There's always different sides of the story: your story, the (ticket) girl's story and THE TRUTH.
