I think those who don't like revealing clothes are free to lower their gaze and guard their modesty. I don't see any reason why should the ruling be enforced on someone whose employment contract did not include a clause on dress code. You were fully aware of the person's cultural background before hiring, didn't you? Like you knew the guest before inviting him/her to your house. Nevertheless, I am with cartian in respecting the local culture and traditions as far as possible.
