1. With your total 9750 QAR PM you would SURE get family visa.
2. Your wife would be under your sponsership, all expenses on you, like medical, visa stamping etc - some times sponser helps out in the formalities, by giving you off days, how ever this would happen after your RP is stamped in your Passport, in a month or so.
I suggest , wait for better offer my friend if possible.
Otherwise ask for 'Family Status' at least then worry of family sponsership would go off your mind.
