I have been speaking to a mate who lives, er well, in various countries and he has told me that buying one in Dubai, brand new, would be as cheap as shipping because of the low taxes. I've also considered the sand a bit more and maybe a bike with traction control, like the BMW sports might be a wise idea..... couple of things to investigate I guess :)
