Yes you must bring with you all your original documents and scanned copy of your husband's & kids' passports (original they will need it when they travel)...

I almost forgot, your marriage contract and birth certificates (you, your husband & kids) will be required and make sure they are with the red ribbon - Bring these all with you in Qatar!
