in dealing with other nationalities while you're in Qatar. I mean...you would need a truckload of patience...you will eventually get used to it :)
What I mean in this: other nationalities would come on strong to another nationality...
Let me give you an example:
When I was new here (in Qatar), I get offended by the manner people speak with me. Then later on, I realized its the way they speak.
Some speaks louder (as if they're shouting at you) or high pitched voice but ENGLISH would be a 2nd or 3rd language for them.
