to expats and whites....but bad bad bad...nasty attitude towards colored and non-arabic....NOT!

In Qatar for 7 years now and mostly the problem is? MISCOMMUNICATIONS.

Think about this in a different perspective:

1. maybe the receptionist couldnt understand what you're saying coz he may not be that good in English. Same goes for the doctor.

2. From what I know about that hospitals, 90% of their patients are either locals AND under medical insurances.

Yes, we are PAYING CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS/PATIENT...but have you tried calling again and ask for someone who speaks your language? More probability is there will be someone who does...
