Quite honestly, I prefer animals to humans and rather than risk their safety would stay away from walking my dogs off lead on the Cornishe.
There are other places that you can walk your dogs off lead. If you are interested their is a group called Dogs in Doha on Facebook that will provide your the info on dog walking groups and where they take place.
